The official Twitter/X of the Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle TV anime series announced today that the remaining three episodes of the first cour (episodes 11-13) have been delayed to a release in Spring 2026. More updates will be posted on the anime’s official website and Twitter/X later in the future.

Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle began broadcasting in Japan on October 7, 2025 and will have two split cours. The series resumed its regular broadcasting with its sixth episode on December 2, 2025, after a broadcast delay earlier this November, citing “production circumstances.”
Yuji Tokuno (storyboard artist and episode director for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 20, OSHI NO KO Episode 10, YAIBA: Samurai Legend Episode 6) is directing the anime series, with Naruhisa Arakawa (More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers) as series composer and co-scriptwriter, original light novel author Hiromu as co-scriptwriter, and Sumie Kinoshita (Spy Classroom) as character designer. Feel. is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast stars:

The light novel series is written by Hiromu and illustrated by raemz. It was first published under Shogakukan’s Gagaga Bunko label on June 18, 2019, and has released nine main volumes as of August 2024, plus three short story collections. Yen Press licensed the light novels for English release.
The light novels also inspired a manga adaptation by Bobcat from 2020 to 2025. It was published by Square Enix, with Yen Press releasing it in English.
REMOW licensed the Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle anime series for streaming on Crunchyroll, describing the main premise as:
Saku Chitose is a student at Fujishi High School, the most prestigious school in Fukui Prefecture. Outstanding in class, on the field, and in his social life, Saku attracts attention, good and bad. Naturally, he is surrounded by a circle of friends anyone would be happy to have. Now in the spring of his second year, with a new class, Saku is asked to help a shut-in classmate return to school life.
