The Pokémon Presents livestream announced today that more new episodes of Pokémon Concierge are coming to Netflix on September 4, 2025. Netflix is listing the four new episodes as “Season 1 Part 2,” which have been in production since February 2024.
A new key visual and trailer featuring the returning characters were also revealed. The latter trailer also previews the show’s new main theme song “ONOMATOPE ISLAND” by Tatsuro Yamashita.

Additionally, two new voice cast members are joining the series. They include Keita Machida as Kent, Haru’s ex-boyfriend, and Kazuhiro Yamaji as Dan, Tyler’s uncle.
They join a main Japanese voice cast that stars:
- • Non as Haru
- • Eita Okuno as Tyler
- • Fairouz Ai as Alisa
- • Yoshiko Takemura as Ms. Watanabe
Netflix describes the synopsis of the show’s new episodes as:
In the new episodes (#5-8), Haru has grown a little and is no longer a newbie. She and her partner Psyduck welcome many new Pokémon to the resort, including Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, Arcanine, and Corphish. Haru spends fun and relaxing days surrounded by these guests, occaisionally handling any problems that pop up. One day, a guy named Kent (voiced by Keita Machida) appears, and he seems to be Haru’s ex-boyfriend. Why did he come to the resort? What will happen with his relationship with Haru? Plus, Tyler’s uncle Dan (voiced by Kazuhiro Yamaji) arrives at the resort with the Sealeo that has accompanied him for 15 years. Dan, who sometimes looks a little forlorn, is troubled by something…
Iku Ogawa (Season 1 director, Rilakkuma and Kaoru sub-character designer) is directing the new episodes, with Harumi Doki (Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 The Last Human, Cyborg 009 Call of Justice) as screenwriter and Tadahiro Uesugi (Carole & Tuesday openings 1 and 2 concept art) as character designer and concept artist. Dwarf studios is handling the stop motion animation production again.
The first four episodes began streaming on Netflix on December 28, 2023.
