Netflix has announced that the second season of Pokémon Concierge is coming with four new episodes in September 2025. The news was also announced during the Pokémon Presents livestream in celebration of Pokémon Day.
In addition, through March 9, 2025, the first four episodes of Pokémon Concierge season one will be available to watch outside of Netflix on the official Pokémon YouTube channel. The first season was released on December 28, 2023.

Harumi Doki (Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 The Last Human, Cyborg 009 Call of Justice) wrote the first season’s screenplay, with Tadahiro Uesugi (Carole & Tuesday openings 1 and 2 concept art) credited with the character design and concept art for the series. Iku Ogawa (Rilakkuma and Kaoru sub-character designer, assistant director) served as the series’ director. Dwarf studios was in charge of the stop motion animation production.
Meanwhile, the main Japanese voice cast includes:

- • Fairouz Ai as Alisa
- • Yoshiko Takemura as Ms. Watanabe
Japanese singer Mariya Takeuchi performed the anime’s main theme “Have a Good Time Here.”
Netflix streamed the first season of Pokémon Concierge, and describes the main premise as:
Expanding the Pokémon world, the story follows Haru, a concierge at the ‘Pokémon Resort,’ and her interactions with Pokémon and their owners who visit as guests.
