A new key visual, trailer, and opening theme song have been unveiled for the upcoming second cour of One-Punch Man Season 3, which will begin broadcasting in Japan in January 2027.
The second cour’s opening theme is “Never Done -SUPREME POWER VS ULTIMATE FEAR-” by JAM Project.
VIZ Media also released an English-subtitled version of the trailer.
Shinpei Nagai (Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san, I Can’t Understand What My Husband Is Saying) is directing the anime’s third season, with Tomohiro Suzuki (returning) as series composer and Makoto Miyazaki (returning) as music composer. Chikashi Kubota (returning), Shinjiro Kuroda (Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Season 2 Episode 4 and 5 prop design assistant), and Ryosuke Shirakawa (Tsurune, Spy x Family Season 1, A Silent Voice key animator) are serving as character designer. J.C.STAFF is handling the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast include:

The first season (directed by Shingo Natsume and produced by Madhouse) came out in 2015, while the second season (directed by Chikara Sakurai at J.C.STAFF) followed in 2019. A third season was announced in 2022 and began airing in October 2025, where it streamed on Hulu in the U.S., Disney+ in Canada, and Netflix in Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand
The superhero action manga series is written by ONE and illustrated by Yusuke Murata. It has been serialized on the Tonari no Young Jump seinen manga website since June 14, 2012. Thirty-seven tankobon volumes have been released in Japan as of October 2025. The manga is inspired by the self-published web manga by ONE, which started in 2009.
VIZ Media publishes the One-Punch Man manga in English and describes the synopsis as:
Every time a promising villain appears, Saitama beats the snot out of ’em with one punch! Can he finally find an opponent who can go toe-to-toe with him and give his life some meaning? Or is he doomed to a life of superpowered boredom?
