A new key visual has been unveiled for the upcoming Charisma TV anime series, spotlighting several of its main characters. The series is scheduled to premiere in Japan in January 2027.
An official website for the anime has also now been launched.
Joji Furuta (BADGIRL, Shaman King, Shaman King Flowers) is directing the anime series, with Shu Matsubara (Mr. Osomatsu) as series composer. EVIL LINE RECORDS is credited with the music, while PIERROT FILMS is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the voice cast of Charisma include:

- • Katsumi Fukuhara as Iori Motohashi (Charisma of Obedience)

- • Saku Hyuga as Ohse Minato (Charisma of Internal Punishment)
- • Genki Okawa as Terra (Charisma of Self Love)
- • Tomohiko Hashizume as Amahiko Tendo (Charisma of Sex)
The anime is based on the Superhuman Share House Story “Charisma” (Chojinteki Share House Story “Charisma”) project. The project is a “character-based situation comedy” that features a cast of 2D characters who live together and aim for “true charisma.” It launched in 2021 and has spawned media like voice dramas, music videos, music releases, stage plays, and manga.
The project’s credits include Ebimo as character designer, BALCOLONY as art director, and EVIL LINE RECORDS as the music producer.
