Kura Sushi USA has announced the launch of a limited-time collaboration with The Apothecary Diaries anime series in partnership with Crunchyroll.
The collaboration campaign has launched at several participating Kura Revolving Sushi Bar restaurants in the U.S. since September 18, 2026 and will run through October 31, 2026. It will feature special limited-edition sushi and ramen noodle menu items, Bikkura Pon capsule prizes, and an in-restaurant giveaway special for Kura Sushi Rewards Members.
The special menu items for the collaboration include dishes inspired by the series protagonists Maomao and Jinshi, such as:
Maomao’s Soy Ginger Wonton Noodles
- • A dish served with ramen noodles in a soy sauce-based broth, infused with dashi and ginger, that is topped with wontons, chashu pork, and green onions.
Jinshi’s Fried Tuna Roll
- • A dish that has fried tuna, avocado, lettuce, and pickled carrots wrapped in seaweed and Kura specialty sushi rice. It is topped with purple yuzu cream sauce, purple panko and sesame seeds.
Customers can collect a single randomized Bikkura Pon capsule item after finishing 15 plates, 25 plates, and every 15 plates thereafter. The Bikkura Pon prize items include 10 lucky acrylic charms, magnet bookmarks, and sticker rolls. Capsule prizes will also be available for individual purchase in-restaurant, online at Kura Sushi USA’s website, and DoorDash (excluding the rare Maomao hologram lucky acrylic charm.)
Additionally, Kura Sushi Rewards members will receive a special pair of “The Apothecary Diaries x Kura Sushi” chopsticks with cloth case with a minimum in-restaurant order of US$85.00 on September 23, 2026, while supplies last.
