A new key visual, main trailer, theme songs, and more cast members have been revealed for the upcoming #I’m Looking For Zombie TV anime series, which will air in Japan on October 3, 2026.

The anime’s opening theme is “Raki Raki” by Surii (also known as THREEE) and the ending theme is “Soft Apocalypse” by cadode. Both songs are highlighted in the latest trailer.
Additionally, four new voice cast members include:
- • Yoko Hikasa as Mikazuki
- • Makoto Koichi as Toka
- • Tomoyo Takayanagi as Takamo
- • Aino Shimada as Saigo
They join a previously announced voice cast that will star:
- • Miyari Nemoto as Aki
- • Lynn as Natsuki
- • Toshiya Miyata as Haru
- • Hibiku Yamamura as Yu
- • Yuka Nukui as Sakura
- • Kosuke Toriumi as Aki’s father
Shinya Une (Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 3) is directing the anime series, with Kyohei Suzuki as assistant director, Narumi Shimoji as character designer, and Kenichi Yamashita (The Holy Grail of Eris, MF Ghost 3rd Season) and Aki Itami (Forest of Piano) as series composers. Studio Comet is in charge of the animation production.
The zombie-themed comedy manga by Katsuwo was serialized in Kadokawa’s Dengeki DaiohG from June 27, 2022 to November 27, 2023. Three total tankobon volumes were released in Japan. It is known in Japanese as #Zombie Sagashitemasu.

Yen Press licensed the manga for English release under the title #ImLookingForZombies, describing the series as:
Thirteen years ago, a mysterious illness infected 90 percent of humanity, but Aki’s too young to remember the world before the apocalypse. Instead, what she cares about is finding her dad! Along with her friends, Haru and Natsu, Aki leaves her village for the world outside and its many wonders: lush nature, feats of human ingenuity…and hordes of zombies!!
