A second Girls und Panzer das Finale — Part 5 main trailer and key visual have been released, following earlier versions in June.
The anime is the penultimate chapter of the Girls und Panzer das Finale theatrical series and will see Oarai Girls’ High School facing St. Gloriana Girls’ College in the finals of the Winter Continuous Track Cup. The first Girls und Panzer das Finale installment came out in 2017.
Girls und Panzer das Finale is part of the Girls und Panzer franchise that features cute girls engaging in tank combat as a sport. Other anime in the franchise include the 2012 Girls und Panzer TV anime, a 2015 anime movie, and a four-part anime adaptation of the 4-koma manga Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen desu! that was screened in Japanese theaters between December 2025 and April 2026. A pilot anime based on the Girls und Panzer: Princess Samurai (Girls und Panzer: Ribbon no Musha) spin-off was screened with the fourth part of Motto Love Love Sakusen desu!
Girls und Panzer das Finale — Part 5 will begin screening on October 9 with Dolby Cinema, Dolby Atomos, 4DX, and MX4D formats available.
