One Piece is teaming up with the American animated series SpongeBob SquarePants for a worldwide McDonald’s Happy Meal collaboration. The collaboration will launch in several participating McDonald’s locations around the world this month, with availability depending on the region.

The One Piece and Spongebob Squarepants Happy Meal will be available in the following countries and territories: Azerbaijan, United States of America, Argentina, Italy, Israel, Indonesia, Ukraine, Uruguay, Ecuador, Estonia, El Salvador, Australia, Austria, Netherlands, Canada, South Korea, Greece, Cyprus, Guatemala, Croatia, Costa Rica, Colombia, Georgia, Singapore, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Thailand, Czech Republic, China, Chile, Denmark, Germany, Turkey, Nicaragua, New Zealand, Norway, Hungary, Panama, Paraguay, Fiji, Philippines, Finland, Brazil, France, Bulgaria, Brunei, Vietnam, Venezuela, Belgium, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Hong Kong, Honduras, Malta, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Morocco, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.
One Piece’s official Japanese X/Twitter account and website specifies that the collaboration will not have a release in Japan.
McDonald’s previously ran its “WcDonald’s” anime-inspired campaign at several of its locations in the U.S. and Canada in February 2024. It also had an UNO Happy Meal release that featured titles such as Spy x Family, My Hero Academia, Naruto, and Boruto earlier this year.
The Hello Kitty brand also teamed up with the company for a Happy Meal collaboration with the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise in 2024. An upcoming Godzilla Happy Meal partnership will begin in the U.S. later this month.
