The Disney Plus Japan X/Twitter account has announced a December streaming start window for Disney Twisted-Wonderland the Animation ~Episode of Savanaclaw, the second season of the Disney Twisted-Wonderland anime. A teaser visual was unveiled with the news.
Disney Twisted-Wonderland the Animation‘s first season, subtitled Episode of Heartslabyul, debuted in October 2025. The synopsis reads:
High school student Yuken (Yu) is suddenly transported to Twisted-Wonderland, a world of magic and wonder. Now, he must face monsters, whimsical magicians-in-training, and mysterious incidents, all without any magic of his own. Will Yu ever find a way back to his own world?
The anime is based on the Disney Twisted-Wonderland mobile game, which Google Play describes as having “rhythm games and RPG-style battles.” Black Butler‘s Yana Toboso is credited for the game’s original story and character designs.
Disney Twisted-Wonderland was first released in 2020 in Japan before a North American release in 2022. The game has also inspired a manga.
