The title is LONA, short for Laboratory of Optics and Neural Analysis.

One of the teaser visuals depicts four people in a facility, with one of them seemingly floating within a giant, bubble-like sphere. The teaser trailer provides a closer look at the cast of characters, whose voice actors include Minako Kotobuki as Ao, Anna Nagase as Sango, and Fuka Izumi as Mugen.

As for the premise, it will involve the titular LONA analyzing the brains of deceased people as humanity faces an undead threat in the near future.

Humanity is facing a new incident.

“We’re being attacked
by humans who should be dead.”

The government has decided to request a specialized organization to deal with this situation.
The Laboratory of Optics and Neural Analysis, commonly known as “LONA.”
Researcher Ao and her apprentice Sango will try to get to the bottom of the mystery by analyzing the brains of the dead.
