Two additional voice cast members and an opening theme song have been revealed for the upcoming second season of Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. The anime will begin broadcasting in Japan on July 4, 2026.
The new cast members include Manaka Iwami, who is currently voicing Mahiru Shiina in the second season of The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, as Sakae Tonomori and Masaya Fukunishi, best known for voicing Kafka Hibino from Kaiju No. 8, as Hibiki Yamimori.
They join a previously announced voice cast that stars:

- • Mariko Higashiuchi as Hitomi Koshigaya (replacing Yumiri Hanamori from Season 1)
- • Sayumi Watabe as Iroha Akasaka
- • Rikiya Koyama as Koji Shigemoto
- • Daiki Yamashita as Kazuo Nikoyama
- • Ryota Osaka as Kaede Midorikawa
- • Kosuke Goto as Commissioner Koshigaya
- • Taketora as President Manda
A short promotional video for the second season was also released, highlighting the opening theme “Latte Magic” by syudou × Yusei Yagi (FANTASTICS). Meanwhile, the second season’s ending theme is “BooooM!!!” by hololive VTuber Houshou Marine.
Riki Fukushima (new, An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29) is directing the anime’s second season, with Michiko Yokote (new, Call of the Night series composer) as scriptwriter, Hiroyasu Oda (new) as assistant director, and Masahiro Fujii (reprising, previously co-credit) as character designer. J.C.STAFF is the sole animation production company for the second season. The first season was previously co-produced with MOE.
The first season of Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. premiered in Japan on October 4, 2024 and ran for 12 episodes until December 20, 2024. Prime Video streamed the anime series worldwide.
The workplace magical girl manga is written by Sekka Iwata and illustrated by Yu Aoki. It was serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform from October 20, 2021 to July 9, 2025, with 18 total tankobon volumes being released in Japan. The manga is also published in English digitally on the MANGA Plus platform.
VIZ Media licensed the Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. manga series for English release, describing the main synopsis as:
