Cover Corp. has announced the launch of mekPark, a new talent development project designed to train aspiring performers through a unit-based system that pairs trainees with directors.

According to the company, each mekPark unit will consist of three trainees and one director working together toward a potential professional debut. The project introduces a collaborative structure in which both creative and operational development are evaluated as part of the group’s progress. The activity period for participants will last up to two years. Cover Corp. stated that units showing exceptional promise may debut earlier than scheduled, while those unable to meet required standards within the time limit may not proceed to an official debut.

The company said advancement decisions will be based on three primary evaluation categories: “Trust,” referring to compliance with guidelines, sincerity, and skill improvement; “Passion,” measured through activity-related metrics such as viewership, concurrent viewers, and user-generated content engagement; and “Will,” which reflects fan support through surveys and other feedback systems, including the Holoplus platform.

Among these categories, fan support will carry the greatest weight in the evaluation process. Cover Corp. said audience interest in continuing to support a unit or performer would play a significant role in determining advancement outcomes.

The company described mekPark as a new approach to talent development that emphasizes both competition and cooperation within units as participants work toward a professional debut.
