Toy design and manufacturing company JAKKS Pacific has announced a partnership with Crunchyroll to design and market an extensive line of toys, cosplay, and collectibles based on the service’s popular anime properties.

JAKKS Pacific will now become one of the major U.S. manufacturers to distribute official Crunchyroll merchandise to retailers, with some of the products including figures, plushies, tech accessories, cosplay, and more merchandise.

The company will serve as a toy partner for Crunchyroll’s upcoming Sekiro: No Defeat anime adaptation, and will also create costumes and products for titles such as Solo Leveling, My Hero Academia, Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, and Black Clover. Additional products will be announced throughout 2026.

Earlier this week, JAKKS Pacific announced, in partnership with Disguise Inc., that it would be launching a “large-scale, next-generation” anime, manga, and digital creator cultural platform, which is described as a “multi-faceted investment” that has been developed for more than two years.

The platform will be anchored by strategic partnerships with “premier anime properties” and industry collaborators, which the company states will establish a “powerful foundation for sustained global growth” and “enhanced monetization.”

JAKKS Pacific will also collaborate with partners across “fandom engagement, licensing, live entertainment, and brand commercialization” to design, manufacture, and market premium merchandise. The company’s merchandising strategy will focus on “live venues, collaborative activations, performances, and influencer-driven events.”

Besides anime and manga, the company also confirmed a partnership this week with COVER Corp and hololive English to create and distribute officially licensed collectibles and products in North America.

Additional details about the partnerships, products, and licensed properties will be announced throughout 2026, with initial merchandise launches expected around 2027. More information is available on JAKKS Pacific’s official website
