The Yowayowa Teacher TV anime adaptation has gotten a slightly NSFW teaser trailer ahead of its April premiere.
More cast members — Yurie Igoma, Yu Sasahara, Yuko Natsuyo, and Mai Nakahara — were also announced.
Yowayowa Teacher (Yowayowa Sensei) is based on the manga by Fukuchi Kamio. The manga started serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2022 and has 15 volumes as of November 2025. The rom-com sees second-year high schooler Akihito Abikura discovering that his homeroom teacher, Hiyori Hiwamura, has another side to her that is in stark contrast with her fierce image.
