A new update for the Shota x Oni anime adaptation reveals that it will have the title Ore to Yu ni! (Me and Big Brother Yu!).

A commemorative illustration and comment from the original manga’s creator Miyuki Nakayama were also released. On the name change, Nakayama says that the manga used “easy-to-understand category names” for its title due to it starting as a hobby that was posted on social media. The anime’s different titling came about after considering the effects of using such a title on a larger scale.
