JINYA Ramen Bar is launching a new collaboration with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, which includes two new Chef’s Specials and a limited edition ramen spoon. The collaboration has now started, as of December 1, 2025.
Headlining the winter lineup of the collaboration is the “Tokyo Yatai Classic” ramen dish, which features a chicken clear broth layered with pork chashu, a seasoned egg, spinach, fresh green onion, chopped onion, and a slice of naruto (Japanese fish cake). The toppings are all served with thin noodles and finished with crisp nori.
Complementing the ramen are the shareable “Crispy Chicken Wings,” which are tossed in an Asian sweet-sour sauce and garnished with cabbage, cilantro, and chili slices.
Guests who order the “Tokyo Yatai Classic” will receive one of three limited-edition ramen spoons featuring Demon Slayer characters Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, or Inosuke Hashibara. They will be able to collect all three spoons at JINYA Ramen Bar while supplies last.
