A new “Road Trailer” has been revealed for the upcoming Touring After the Apocalypse TV anime series, which will begin broadcasting in Japan on October 4, 2025. Anime News Network also reported during Aniplex Online Fest 2025 that Crunchyroll will be streaming the anime in English-speaking countries, as well as in Latin America and Europe.

The new trailer previews some of the places the main characters will be visiting in the first six episodes of the series.

Yoshinobu Tokumoto (Comic Girls) is directing the anime series, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Shangri-la Frontier) as series screenwriter and scriptwriter, Usaku Myochin as character designer and chief animation director, BON.Corp’s Lee Beom-seon (Casshern Sins) as background art director, and Takeshi Hirooka (The Eminence in Shadow) as composting director. Nexus is in charge of the animation production.

Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast stars Konomi Inagaki as Yoko and Miyu Tomita as Airi.

The anime is based on the post-apocalyptic adventure manga by Sakae Saito, which began serialization in ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Maoh magazine on September 26, 2020. Seven tankobon volumes have been released as of March 2025.
