The Ninja Vs. Gokudo TV anime has received some new updates, with one revealing that it will be streamed exclusively on Prime Video, starting October 7 JST (effectively October 8 at 2:30 AM JST).

Outside of this, there’s:

• A “Ninja Side” trailer, which previews the newly announced MIYAVI opening song “Sweet Disaster”
• A “Gokudo Side” (yakuza) trailer, which preview the newly announced Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas ending song “Until You Die Out”
• The announcement of an advance screening event for the first three episodes, set to take place on October 4 JST at TOHO Cinemas Shinjuku
• The announcement of a mobile game

Ninja Vs. Gokudo is based on the manga by Shinsuke Kondo, which launched in Kodansha’s Comic Days in 2020 and will release its 16th volume on October 8 JST. A special one-shot was released in Morning. Kodansha USA describes the series as:

Since before the dawn of memory, one thing has defined human history: the war between ninjas and yakuzas. This coarse and manly manga follows two members of these warring tribes who fill the gutters of modern Tokyo with blood to determine which elemental force will reign supreme!

An outrageous new action series, like Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure meets Fist of the North Star!
