The upcoming Monster Strike Deadverse Reloaded anime has received a key visual, which features four characters and the words, “We crossed paths at the end of the world.” An October 21 JST premiere date was also revealed.
Monster Strike Deadverse Reloaded is inspired by MIXI‘s Monster Strike mobile gacha game, a “Pull hunting RPG” where you become a Monster Master. It will be the first Monster Strike anime to be available in Japan via terrestrial television. Previous anime include the Monster Strike the Animation ONA, which first premiered in October 2015 and has three seasons/series, along with some anime short films and movies.
The Monster Strike game was released for Android and iOS in 2013. Beyond Japan, it also had (now-defunct) Chinese, Korean, and global releases.
