The rollout of demon slayer versus demon visuals for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle continues, with the highly successful anime film getting a Zenitsu vs Kaigaku visual more than a month since its July 18 JST release in Japan and weeks after debuting in some Asia countries.
Take a look:
The movie, the first in a conclusive trilogy that focuses on the Demon Slayer Corps’ final battle with Muzan’s demons, is set to premiere in North America on September 12. In Japan, it’s currently the third highest-grossing movie of all time.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime began with its 2019 first season, which was soon followed by 2020’s immensely successful Demon Slayer – Kimetsu No Yaiba – the Movie: Mugen Train (Japan’s number one film at the domestic box office). Other entries include a TV broadcast version of Mugen Train, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc, and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc.
The anime are based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotouge, which ran from 2016 to 2020 in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. Viz Media describes the manga as:
Learning to destroy demons won’t be easy, and Tanjiro barely knows where to start. The surprise appearance of another boy named Giyu, who seems to know what’s going on, might provide some answers—but only if Tanjiro can stop Giyu from killing his sister first!
