Following June’s visual of protagonist Tomoro Tenma and his digimon partner Gekkomon, the upcoming Digimon Beatbreak TV anime has unveiled character visuals for its other main faces: Reina Sakuya + Pristimon, Makoto Kuonji + Chiropmon, and Kyo Sawashiro.

Previews of the cast beyond Tomoro were previously provided with the anime’s main trailer and main visual from July. The four humans comprise the bounty hunting team Golden Dawn, with Tomoro being the newest member.

Digimon Beatbreak is set to premiere on October 5 JST. The premise reads:

“e-Pulse,” which is generated by human thoughts and emotions, was used as the energy source for the AI support device “Sapotama.”

From the shadows of this remarkable development, terrifying monsters appear.

Digimon are living beings that evolve by consuming e-Pulse.

Tomoro Tenma is drawn into an extraordinary experience after meeting Gekkomon, who suddenly appears from his Sapotama.

While living together with Kyo Sawashiro and other members of the bounty hunting team “Golden Dawn,” Tomoro renews his resolve.

What new future will be forged by humans and Digimon?

Digimon Beatbreak was announced in March and teased “Emotion-devouring digital lifeforms.” It’s the third Digimon TV anime to be released this decade, after 2020’s Digimon Adventure and 2021’s Digimon Ghost Game.

The first TV anime in the Digimon franchise premiered in 1999, two years after the debut of the Digimon virtual pets.

Update: Made a small correction to the visuals’ description and the info in the second paragraph.
