A new seasonal visual for August has been unveiled for the upcoming Pass the Monster Meat, Milady! TV anime series, showcasing lead characters Melphiera and Aristide enjoying some shaved ice under colorful fireworks. The anime will premiere in Japan in October 2025, after it was delayed from its original April 2025 premiere.
Mutsumi Takeda (B-PROJECT Passion*Love Call) is directing the anime series, with Keiichiro Ochi (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten) as series screenwriter and Masato Kato (Giant Beasts of Ars) as character designer. Asahi Production is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast is headlined by Kanna Nakamura as Melphiera and Taito Ban as Aristide.
The anime is based on the light novel series by Kanata Hoshi and illustrated by Peperon. It was first published under Kodansha’s K Lanove Books f imprint and has released three volumes as of April 2023. The series began as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel on November 29, 2019.
A manga adaptation of Pass the Monster Meat, Milady! by Chika Mizube was launched in March 2021.
