The first trailer for A Star Brighter Than The Sun has dropped with a key visual, the reveal of the anime’s October 2 premiere, and other announcements.
Motohiro Hata‘s “Stellar Days” is the show’s opening theme song. Meanwhile, the cast lineup has been updated to include Hina Yomiya as Hisui Onodera, Taito Ban as Yota Ayukawa, Mutsumi Tamura as Mio Kagawa, and Ryota Osaka as Yushin Izawa.
A Star Brighter Than The Sun is based on the manga by Kazune Kawahara, which depicts a “first love story” between the taller-than-average Sae and the popular Koki. It began serialization in Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret in 2021 and will release its 12th volume on August 25, 2025 JST.
