One-Punch Man is based on the Shueisha-published manga drawn by Yusuke Murata and serialized on Tonari no Young Jump. The manga began in 2012 and will release volume 34 on August 4, 2025 JST. Viz Media describes the plot as:

Every time a promising villain appears, Saitama beats the snot out of ’em with one punch! Can he finally find an opponent who can go toe-to-toe with him and give his life some meaning? Or is he doomed to a life of superpowered boredom?

One-Punch Man was originally created as a self-published web manga by ONE in 2009.
