A short third new trailer has been released for the ongoing BULLET/BULLET anime series. The first eight episodes of the series began streaming on Disney+ under its “Star” brand on July 16, 2025 and on Hulu in the U.S. Episodes 9-12 will begin streaming later on August 13, 2025.
The series is created and directed by Sunghoo Park (Ninja Kamui, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1) and produced at his animation studio E&H production.
Other staff working on the series include Aki Kindaichi (Umamusume: Cinderella Gray) as series screenwriter, Takahiro Yoshimatsu (A Place Further Than the Universe) as character designer and chief animation director, Hidetaka Tenjin (Knights and Magic mechanical designer) as concept and mechanical designer, Shin Misawa (Initial D director) as car action director, Yoshiteru Tsujino (FLCL Grunge character designer) as “Gacha” designer, Fuminao Akai (Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation) as background art director, Chikako Kamata (Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 and Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Monster) as color designer, and Ju-Mi Lee (Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation) as compositing director.

In the near future, civilization has collapsed, and the world has become a wasteland. Despite their poverty, the people use remnants of past civilizations to lead resilient lives. Gear works in a junk shop while also retrieving stolen goods alongside Qu-0213, a robot with four personalities, and White Bear, a gambler. One day, Gear finds himself thrust into a once-in-a-lifetime job to steal an important item. They soon find themselves up against deadly assassins, heart-pounding car chases, and explosive battles. What Gear and his team do not know yet is that the item they stole holds a secret that could shake the very foundation of this world.
