An original anime titled Grow Up Show (Grow Up Show ~Himawari no Circus-dan) has been announced for 2026. It’s directed by Saekano -How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend‘s Kanta Kamei (director of the series and chief director of the movie) and produced by A-1 Pictures and its recently announced Psyde Kick Studio label.
The show also has Kurehito Misaki (Saekano light novels’ illustrator) as original character designer and Takeshi Kikuchi (Skeleton Knight in Another World) as series composer and scriptwriter.
A teaser visual and announcement video were released for Grow Up Show, previewing a female character with a circus hat.
Psyde Kick Studio was revealed at the end of June. Its announcement mentioned plans to start multiple new projects, and said that the brand had an eye on chasing freer and more creative expressions.
