Voice actor Koki Uchiyama was announced to be joining the voice cast as Shao — an assassin that appears in the first episode.

He joins a voice cast that is headlined by Yusuke Kobayashi as Ikuro Hoshi and Hinano Shirahama as Sara Haizaki.

Tetsuro Amino (Onmyouji: Heian Monogatari, Lupin the Third: The Last Job, Macross 7) is directing the anime adaptation, with Shoji Yonemura (Shaman King 2021) as series screenwriter and Shingo Fujisaki (Let This Grieving Soul Retire co-character designer) as character designer. Bridge is in charge of the animation production for the series.

Crunchyroll will stream Hotel Inhumans worldwide, outside of Japan. It describes the main synopsis as:

The best hotels must meet certain standards, including the finest cuisine, ways to relax, and entertainment. Of course, they also need the best selection of weapons, reliable ways to falsify one’s identity, and ways to dispose of evidence. In this hotel at the border of death stand two concierges, Ikuro Hoshi and Sara Haizaki. What kinds of requests will the assassins have for them next?
