A new 1-minute promotional intermission video has been released for the upcoming Fushigi no Kuni de Alice to -Dive in Wonderland- anime film. The film is scheduled to begin screening in Japanese theaters on August 29, 2025.
The promotional video spotlights select scenes from the film, as well as members of the cast in the voice booth and the main theme song “Zukan” by SEKAI NO OWARI.
Toshiya Shinohara (NagiAsu: A Lull in the Sea, The Aquatope on White Sand) is directing the new anime film adaptation of the Alice in Wonderland, with Yuko Kakihara (Blue Box series screenwriter) as screenwriter. P.A Works is in charge of the film’s animation production.

Lewis Carroll’s original 1865 fantasy novel has inspired several adaptations since its first publication, including the 1951 Disney animated film Alice in Wonderland. In Japan, the novel inspired Nippon Animation and Apollo Film’s 1983 TV anime adaptation titled Fushigi no Kuni no Alice.
Fushigi no Kuni de Alice to -Dive in Wonderland– follows a young girl from Japan who somehow finds herself in Wonderland, where she meets Alice.
