Manga app service emaqi has announced that it is adding the romantic comedy manga series Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze to its growing digital catalog. The series’ first two volumes will be released simultaneously on June 27, 2025.

Emaqi describes the main synopsis of the manga as:

Sharing a roof with 3 genius sisters.

The curtain rises on this heartwarming rom-com about three genius sisters learning to change as they share their home!

Ordinary high schooler Yu ends up rooming with three genius sisters who have learned to stand on their own. You’d think this unremarkable guy would be at their mercy, but surprisingly… winning over these sisters is a total breeze!

As they share their lives with Yu, the sisters start to change. Watch as these brilliant beauties get flustered, feel their hearts skip, and show their vulnerable sides… Under one roof, genius meets ordinary in this heartwarming story of family and budding romance.

The company is also launching a celebration campaign for the newly added series, making the first two volumes available to read for free for a limited time from June 27, 2025 to August 10, 2025.

The manga is written and illustrated by Aya Hirakawa, who launched the series in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine on December 22, 2021. Fourteen tankobon volumes have been released as of June 2025.

The manga is also inspiring a TV anime adaptation from P.A Works that is premiering in Japan on July 10, 2025. Crunchyroll will stream the anime worldwide, outside of Japan, and describes the main premise as:

Yu Ayase, son of a late legendary actress, is overwhelmingly mediocre. When he’s invited to stay with his mother’s friend, Yu is shocked to find out that he’ll be living with three prodigy sisters who possess both beauty and talent…and who rule his new school as the Three Emperors. Can Yu manage to melt the sisters’ cold hearts and fulfill his mother’s last wish for him to build a happy family?

The emaqi app is currently available to download on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. It is also only available to use in the U.S. and Canada.
