The Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?: Battle Chronicle action RPG (or DanChro) is ending services on September 29 at 15:00 (UTC +9).

Back in April, it was only announced that support was ending for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the game. However, new announcements from this month revealed that the end is also coming for DanChro on mobile and PC.

There will be still be events for the game prior to closure, which you can read about here. Sales of Paid Selas will cease on July 30 UTC +9) post-maintenance.

DanChro first launched on mobile and PC in August 2023, with the PlayStation version launching in 2024. Aside from story content, it includes a Magic Stone Contests battle royale/free-for-all mode and and the autoplay Battle Arena mode. KLab “jointly developed” the game with Aiming Inc., according to the former’s press releases.

It was announced that the game achieved one million downloads worldwide within a day of its release, and this was followed a few days later by the announcement that it had claimed the top of the free app charts on App Store and Google Play in Japan. It also had a collaboration with Hololive that saw several of the VTuber agency’s members livestreaming DanChro between August 31 to September 15 JST.
