The official Twitter/X account for the upcoming BULLET/BULLET original anime series has revealed a new visual featuring several of the original show’s main characters, as well as more additional cast members. The anime’s first eight episodes will begin streaming on Disney+ under its “Star” brand on July 16, 2025. Episodes 9-12 will then be released all at once on August 13, 2025.

The new additional cast joining the series include:

- • Akiha Matsui as Big Sister Fighting Mari

- • Joichiro Ohtsuki as SSS
- • Marie Oi as Silent Killer Lisa and Tsuyako
- • Yugo Sekiguchi as Professor Chin
They join some of the previously announced voice cast that stars:

- • Kana Hanazawa as Kau

Two additional characters named Urami and Tsurami were also revealed, but their respective voice actors have not yet been announced.
The series is created by director Sunghoo Park (Ninja Kamui, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1) and produced at his animation studio E&H production.
Other staff working on the series include Aki Kindaichi (Umamusume: Cinderella Gray) as series screenwriter, Takahiro Yoshimatsu (A Place Further Than the Universe) as character designer and chief animation director, Hidetaka Tenjin (Knights and Magic mechanical designer) as concept and mechanical designer, Shin Misawa (Initial D director) as car action director, Yoshiteru Tsujino (FLCL Grunge character designer) as “Gacha” designer, Fuminao Akai (Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation) as background art director, Chikako Kamata (Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 and Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Monster) as color designer, and Ju-Mi Lee (Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation) as compositing director.

A re-edited two-part theatrical version of the anime will also be screened in Japanese theaters, with the first part debuting on July 25, 2025, while the second will premiere on August 15, 2025.
BULLET/BULLET follows a group of thieves who reclaim wrongfully seized items. They meet a mysterious girl on the run and are soon targeted by dangerous people after stealing a world-shaking “secret.”
