The upcoming original bowling-themed TV anime Turkey! Time to Strike has received a character trailer for Nozomi Mitaka, the childhood friend of main character Mai Otonashi.
Turkey!-Time to Strike- will premiere in Japan on July 8 JST (effectively July 9 at 1:29 AM JST). Crunchyroll will stream it as part of its Summer 2025 lineup starting July 8.
The show’s premise reads:
Will you believe me?
A story that is mysterious, precious, bittersweet, and irreplaceable—
Can’t be described as simply fun.
“Turkey” is a bowling term for scoring three consecutive strikes.
This is the story of Mai, the “a genius who never wins” and her teammates—Rina, Sayuri, Nozomi, and Nanase—members of the Ikkokukan High School Bowling Club.
They fight, they fall, but they rise again, chasing victory.
This is the tale of a summer’s final chapter.
Turkey!-Time to Strike- is created by the show’s animation production company Bakken Record and Pony Canyon.
