A TV anime adaptation of The Demon King’s Daughter Is too Kind!! (Maou no Musume wa Yasashisugiru!!) manga is set to premiere in 2026, with Misaki Kuno as the voice of the titular daughter. A teaser trailer and teaser visual have been released.
Masahiko Ota (Yuruyuri, My Deer Friend Nokotan) is directing the anime at EMT Squared. Other staff members include Takashi Aoshima (The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You, My Deer Friend Nokotan) as series composer and Yuki Nakano (I’m Quitting Heroing) as character designer.
Outside of Kuno, other announced voice actors include:
• Ayaka Ohashi as Jahi
• Akio Ootsuka as Ahriman
• Shigeru Chiba as the narrator
The Demon King’s Daughter Is too Kind!! manga is a Hakusensha publication created by Yuya Sakamoto. It was originally serialized from 2019 to 2021, but returned in 2023 due to fan reception. It is running on Manga Park and other online manga platforms.
The sixth volume of the manga will be released on June 27, 2025 JST.
