A third new trailer, key visual, and main theme songs have been revealed for the upcoming Solo Camping for Two TV anime series. The anime will begin airing in Japan on July 11, 2025.

The theme songs previewed in the trailer include the opening theme “Akari wa Tōku” by Skirt and the ending theme “Futari Camp feat. SPECIAL OTHERS” by singer Masayoshi Oishi.
Jun Hatori (Tohai – Ura Rate Mahjong Tohai Roku, Too Cute Crisis) is directing the anime series, with Aya Satsuki (Too Cute Crisis) as series screenwriter and co-scriptwriter, Tomomi Shimazaki (Mr. Villain’s Day Off) as character designer, and Hiroyuki Hasegawa (Ah My Buddha, Banner of the Stars III) as background art director. SynergySP is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s voice cast includes:

The anime is based on Debata Yuda‘s camping slice of life manga (known as Futari Solo Camp in Japan) that was first launched in Kodansha’s Evening magazine on October 9, 2018. The manga was then transferred to the Comic Days manga app on April 21, 2023 after Evening ceased publication on February 18, 2023. It then resumed serialization in Morning magazine on December 14, 2023, where it has been serialized since. Twenty tankobon volumes have been released as of April 2025.

Crunchyroll will stream Solo Camping for Two worldwide, outside of Japan, and describes the main synopsis as:
Gen Kinokura, age 34.
Gen, a solitary camper who likes being alone, was enjoying solo camping as usual. But in an unexpected turn of events, he has a chance meeting with a super novice camper, Shizuku Kusano and grudgingly lets her join him in his solo camping?! What will become of Gen’s quiet camping life…?
