A Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi character trailer for Miwa Mikadono, the youngest Mikadono sister and a formidable new face in the shogi world, has been released.
Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi is set to premiere on July 9 JST. The story sees Yu, the less-than-average son of a famous actress, cohabitating with the three incredibly talented Mikadono sisters, who have a hidden side to them.
The anime is based on a manga by Aya Hirakawa, which has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Shonen Sunday since 2021. The manga got its 14th volume on June 18, 2025 JST.
