A new heroine visual and character trailer have been released for the upcoming The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses TV anime series, highlighting the sadistic third heroine Goa. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Japan in July 2025.

The trailer is a part of a short three-week project called “Heroine Week” to celebrate the premiere of the TV anime series. Short trailers and visuals of Ciel and Anemone were previously revealed earlier this month.
Noriaki Akitaya (Reborn as a Vending Machine) is directing the anime series, with Michiko Yokote (Puniru is a Kawaii Slime) as series screenwriter and Takao Sanao (The Unwanted Immortal Adventurer) as character designer. CONNECT is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s voice cast includes:
- • Shunsuke Takeuchi as Toto
- • Iori Saeki as Ciel
- • Hitomi Ueda as Anemone
- • Haruka Shiraishi as Goa
The anime is based on the fantasy romantic comedy manga (known in Japanese as Kizetsu Yusha to Ansatsu Hime), written by Norishirochan and illustrated by Yukiji Setsuda. It was first serialized in Akira Shoten’s Weekly Shonen Champion on October 27, 2022 and has released 11 tankobon volumes as of April 2025. A 12th volume will be released on July 8, 2025.

The Stunned Hero and the Assassin Princesses follows a capable but shy hero named Toto, who forms a party with three beautiful girls who happen to be assassins targeting his life.
