The Seven Arcs-produced opening animation for the upcoming Gotoubun no Princess ~Gensou to Shinen to Mahou Gakuin~, a fantasy dungeon crawler game that’s a spin-off of The Quintessential Quintuplets, has been released.
Gotoubun no Princess ~Gensou to Shinen to Mahou Gakuin~ was announced in early May with a lengthy video that provided an overview of its premise and features. Its premise features a fantasy setting and makes the Nakano quintuplets princesses of the country the game takes place in. The story starts with a wedding where Futaro Uesugi reminisces about his experiences at the magic academy where he met the Nakano sisters.
Gotoubun no Princess ~Gensou to Shinen to Mahou Gakuin~ is set to be released in Japan on September 18 JST for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. The MAGES-developed game will be a download-exclusive title on the PS4.
