The upcoming human x mermaid anime film ChaO has received new previews in the form of four character trailers.
Aside from protagonist Stephen and the mermaid Chao, the previews highlight the inventor Roberta and Mai Bei.
ChaO will premiere in Japan on August 15 JST. The synopsis is described as:
A future society where humans and mermaids coexist. Stephen, an office worker, is suddenly asked to marry by Chao, a princess of the mermaid kingdom! A 100% pure love story!
