The Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 game has received a new trailer focusing on the Swordsmith Village Arc. The two-minute-plus preview includes some Mitsuri Kanroji and Genya Shinazugawa gameplay.
There is also a longer, 19-minute preview video from IGN.
Additionally, it was announced that pre-orders for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 on the Nintendo Switch have been opened. Pre-order options include the Digital Deluxe Edition, Digital Standard Edition, and Physical Edition.
The game is set to launch on August 5 (August 1 JST in Japan) for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Steam, and Switch.
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is the sequel to 2021’s Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles. The CyberConnect2-developed 3D arena fighter will cover the Entertainment District Arc, Swordsmith Village Arc, and Hashira Training Arc with its story mode and will have more than 40 characters in VS.
