GKIDS Films announced that the upcoming movie, Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death – The Movie, will have a new “Juju Sanpo” featuring Gojo, Geto, and Ieiri. The movie will premiere in Japan on May 30th. GKIDS will screen the film in North America in Japanese and English dubbed starting on July 16th.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death – The Movie is a compilation film featuring the “Hidden Inventory/Premature Death” arc of the story. It was first announced at Juju Fest 2024. The arc premiered in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 in July 2023.

GKIDS describes the film as:

Before they were enemies, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto were high school classmates and friends. The two powerful sorcerers are tasked with protecting Riko Amanai, a student who has been designated to be sacrificed as the Star Plasma Vessel, until she can fulfill her duty. Pursued by a religious cult and other curse users, they are the only sorcerers capable of carrying out such a difficult task – but this mission will set their destinies, and challenge the two sorcerers in ways unimaginable. The beloved and deeply emotional “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc from the global phenomenon JUJUTSU KAISEN returns to the big screen, reaching all new heights for fans and newcomers alike.

Jujutsu Kaisen is a supernatural manga written and illustrated by Gege Akutami. It was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump and ran from March 2018 to September 2024. There are a total of 30 manga volumes released. The manga has inspired an anime TV series, novels, video games, and 2.5D musicals.

Jujutsu Kaisen is currently streaming on Crunchyroll. Viz Media has licensed and is publishing the manga adaptation.
