The second season of Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill has revealed a second teaser visual featuring the Fenrir Fel. It was also announced that visuals of Sui the Slime and the recently announced Dora-chan the Pixie Dragon will be released in the future. The second season will premiere in October.
Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill is a light novel series written by Ren Eguchi and illustrated by Masa. It first began as a web novel on Shousetsuka in Narou in 2016. The light novel series also began in the same year and has 15 volumes as of May 2025. It inspired a manga adaptation written by Akagishi K and the spinoff Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill: Sui’s Great Adventure written by Momo Futaba. The anime’s first season aired in 2023.
Crunchyroll is streaming the first season of the anime. J-Novel Club has been and is publishing the light novels and manga digitally while the print version of the light novel and manga is published by Yen Press.

Mukouda Tsuyoshi was nothing special in modern Japan, so when he was summoned to a world of swordplay and sorcery, he thought he was ready for the adventure of a lifetime. Too bad the kingdom that summoned him only got him by mistake! Not only was he not one of the three summoned heroes, but his stats were laughable compared to theirs. On top of that, there’s something really sketchy about this kingdom… “Ah, these people are the kind to try and use the Hero,” he realized, and immediately left to make his own way in this other world.
