Crunchyroll has revealed its lineup of main music performers and additional celebrity presenters for its upcoming Anime Awards ceremony on May 25, 2025. The live ceremony will take place at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan.
Musical guests that will perform at the ceremony include Japanese singer-songwriter LiSA, hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts, and hard rock band FLOW.
Other notable presenters that were announced for the live ceremony and pre-show include Colombian singer J Balvin, Grammy-winning country pop singer Kacey Musgraves, and screenwriter Zak Penn.
They join an ensemble slate of previously announced presenters that include Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, DEAN FUJIOKA, Ironmouse, Rina Sawayama, and many more.
President and CEO of Sony Group Corporation, Hiroki Totoki, will deliver opening remarks at the Anime Awards live ceremony. The show will once again be hosted by Sally Amaki and Jon Kabira.
The 2025 Crunchyroll Anime Awards will begin with the pre-show at 5:00 PM JST and the main show at 6:00 PM JST. The ceremony’s livestream will be available globally on Crunchyroll’s Twitch and YouTube channels, as well as SONY PICTURES CORE and the Sony Group Corp Global YouTube Channel. It will also be available in nine languages, including English, Arabic, Brazilian-Portuguese, Castillian-Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Italian, and Latin-Spanish.
