An “ultra teaser visual” for Skip and Loafer Season 2 has been released. The new season’s staff was also revealed.
Season 2’s staff credits include:

• Character designer and co-chief animation director: Manami Umeshita (returning)
• Sub-character designer: Mio Fujishima (returning)

• Background art director: So Senoo (Healer Girl, Season 1 background art chief)
• Compositing director: Kazuto Izumida (returning)
Production of a new Skip and Loafer season was announced in December 2024. The P.A.WORKS-produced anime is based on the Kodansha-published manga series by Misaki Takamatsu, which began serialization in Monthly Afternoon in 2018 and has 11 tankoubon volumes as of December 2024. Seven Seas Entertainment describes the manga as:
