Amateur animation studio Studio Tonton has released a teaser trailer for its new project Sable House Prototype, which will be out in March.
The teaser, which was edited by sakuga MAD creator Relux, arrives almost three years after Studio Tonton announced its adaptation of teapak‘s then-unreleased yuri webcomic Sable House, which currently has one chapter available on itch.io. The project was described as a concept movie and is directed by Idllkr.
Also part of the team are Rivercloud as art director, Fypher (animator on A Couple of Cuckoo‘s Episode 1) and Ani as animation supervisors, Valor as compositing director, Sakugaari and Emi West as title card designers, and Blou (Wonder Egg Priority Special Edition overseas animator part production assistant cooperation, Girls’ Frontline opening special thanks) as producer.
Chapter 1 of Sable House was released in 2023. The webcomic’s tags include “Ghosts” and “Horror.”
Studio Tonton originated from the NarutoSakuga Discord server. It previously produced a fan-made Naruto opening and a Chainsaw Man fan animation, as well as a promotional teaser for the Black Sun webtoon.
