A variety of 30th anniversary Evangelion merchandise from apparel maker COSPA are now up for pre-order on the company’s website and on the official Evangelion Store (the latter has international shipping via Buyee).
The goods include not just clothing (in the form of parkas and jackets), but backpacks, stickers, and pass cases with designs that mimic a NERV employee card. Here’s the list (all prices inclusive of tax):
• Pass case (eight designs, hook included) — 1,650 yen/~US$10.71
• Metal carabiner (two designs, aluminium) — 1,430 yen/~US$9.27
• Outdoor sticker (seven designs) — 770 yen/~US$4.99
• Mini-sticker set (seven designs) — 770 yen/~US$4.99
• Lightweight dry parka (five designs) — 6,380 yen/~US41.40
• M-51 jacket (two designs) — 16,500 yen/~US$107
• Fashionable backpack (two designs, 26L size) — 14,300 yen/~US$92.78
The items are expected to be delivered in late April.
A separate, non-COSPA-related series of Evangelion anniversary goods, featuring apparel and acrylic blocks adorned with an emblem designed by Ikuto Yamashita, was launched in January. There have also been merchandise that commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Evangelion Store, including watches and badges.
