Kazune Kawahara‘s A Star Brighter Than The Sun (Taiyou yori mo Mabushii Hoshi) manga is getting a TV anime adaptation, which will premiere in 2025.
An illustration from Kawahara was released with the announcement.
A Star Brighter Than The Sun depicts a “first love story” between the taller-than-average Sae Iwata and the popular Koki Kamishiro. It began serialization in Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret in 2021 and has 10 tankoubons as of November 2024.
