VIZ Media has announced several new manga licenses for release in Fall 2025, headlined by the acquisition of the first volume of the epic historical war manga Kingdom. The company previously announced the first round of newly licensed titles for Fall 2025 release last January.
Here are the details of the company’s newest licenses:
Kingdom, Volume 1 (Manga)

Story and Art: Yasuhisa Hara
The first volume will be published in print for the first time in English on November 11, 2025. The series will also join the Shonen Jump service following the release of each graphic novel.
Synopsis:
Offering readers a thrilling window into one of the most transformative periods in Chinese history, Kingdom is set during China’s Warring States period and follows Xin, a war orphan from the kingdom of Qin, who dreams of becoming a great general and uniting China.
