Harajuku-core rock band HANABIE. have released their newest single “Tasty Survivor,” which is the main opening theme for Momentary Lily, and is now available on music streaming platforms.

The band previously released their album Bucchigiri Tokyo this past December and had a successful Japanese domestic tour. The band will kickstart a North American co-headlining tour with alternative artist Kim Dracula beginning March 5, 2025, and will embark on a tour in Europe and the United Kingdom this coming October. Momentary Lily first premiered in Japan on January 2, 2025 and is streaming on Muse Asia’s YouTube channel and bilibili in Asia. A total of 13 episodes are expected to be broadcast. GoHands is the animation production company.
Crunchyroll is streaming Momentary Lily worldwide, outside of Asia and Japan, and describes the main synopsis as:
Robotic invaders wiped out all life, but Renge fights to survive using her powers. With no memories, she roams the city until she meets five other young women, each with unique abilities. Together, they make the most of their lives, cooking delicious meals between battles with mechanical monstrosities. As they uncover the secrets of their powers and pasts, they find strength in their friendship.
HANABIE. was first formed in 2015 by vocalist Yukina, guitarist Matsuri, and bassist Hettsu in their high school music club, with drummer Chika joining the group in May 2023. In July 2023, they made their major debut with Epic Records Japan.
