Illustrator-VTuber Shigure Ui has released a music video for her original song “Pris-Magic!,” which was part of her 2022 debut album Mada Ame wa Yamanai.
The director, main animator, and compositor for the video is RIRI Yamashita, who has been involved in other memorable shorts/music videos such as the Momose Akira no Hatsukoi Hatanchuu. manga’s commemoration video and the Kamitsubaki City Ensemble‘s opening animation. The “Pris-Magic!” video features cute character animation of Ui as she faces rainy weather.
Aside from the music video release, Ui launched (already sold-out) winter goods in the form of the Ore ga Shigure Ui da! (I Am Shigure Ui!) Mask, which was previously included as a bonus with the September 2024 issue of Comptiq magazine) and the Totemo Arigatai charm (rerun sale) on her BOOTH store.
